— Performs general secretarial duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filling, writing letters, writing Memos, Preparing presentations and searching. — Assist in all administration works for all the office departments — Take the phone calls and deal directly with the complaints and handle unimportant calls. — Support the scientific office Director in managing his calendar & schedule — Handle all the issues related to the sales staff. — Arrange meetings, business trips, Book flight tickets and hotel reservations — Discuss deals with shipment companies (like FedEx). — Discuss deals with hotels (rooms, events or meetings). — Mange the scientific office Budget with finance department. — Handle all the required purchasing orders for the office ( stationary , cafeteria needs and daily lunch meal ) — Responsible of all events and conferences for the company (inside and outside Egypt). — Assist in all the issues related to the marketing department. — Assist HR department in handling the time management system ( attendance , absence , permission and errands ) — Update the master file data base and follow up the required documents for employees file — Generate required periodical statistical reports — Performs any other duties as assigned.
• University graduate, major business administration is preferred. • Should be excellent in written and spoken Arabic and English. • Excellent computer skills ,with the ability to learn new software applications • two years in the same position. • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
