— Responsible for all company WAN & LAN connectivity in +45 sites across Egypt — Maintain, monitor, and administer ABC infrastructure and ensure a 24x7 operational environment including HEINET, Cisco Voice network, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls & other network devices, servers, email system, windows environment, antiviruses, backup, ‡etc — Manage the company data center and responsible for the data center administration daily checks (Air Condition, UPS, Fire Fighting, security control & data center access) — Document all the network and rack setup and ensure the up-to”date network documentation — Work directly with 3rd party suppliers to find and design solutions to fulfill business needs — Manage projects to meet budgets, projects timelines and resources — Forecast and suggest new requirements in all infrastructures filled — Ensure that all new or enhanced network services (LAN/WAN) and installations are brought into production according to the agreed standards — Assessment of the companys LAN and WAN risks and controls and ensure that appropriate controls are adequately implemented — Provide information to allow the business to measure the performance and effectiveness — Drive post incident reviews and deliver accurate and timely root cause analysis to prevent recurrence — Keep track of all the company assets related to network components — Provide 3rd level support for end users on C&I issues — Support corporate IT initiatives
Education, Certifications and Licenses: • Telecommunications, Computer Science, or any other relevant university degree • Certification in Networking and System Administration (CCNA/MCSE) Knowledge and Experience: • 1-2 years relevant experience • Strong technical skills in the area of infrastructure • Strong knowledge of CISCO and Microsoft products Skills and Abilities: • Project Management and planning experience; use of formal structured methods • Understanding of the business needs and ability to react in a fast paced environment • High level of English and Arabic, both verbal and written • Strong Communications skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Structured and organized way of thinking • Business mindset • Customer Focus • Strong emphasis on details and follow-up • Commitments to deadlines is mandatory • Able to work as part of a global team (e.g. Heineken Group IT) • Team working • Ability to work under stress
