- §Maintain office files.
- §Organize of the daily movement of the company's cars.
- §Follow-up renewal of licenses for private cars
- §Follow-up maintenance of the building, furniture and office equipment, fax and tools cafeteria.
- §Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- §Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures.
- §Provide administrative services for the company.
- §Follow-up payment of bills (telephone, water, electricity, Internet subscriptions .....)
- §Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- §Excellent in MS Office
- §Very good in English
- §Excellent communication skills, High ability to work under pressure, and Hard worker.
