| Description | 1.Acting as the Focal Point for the HR needs and queries of sales staff, including but not limited to handling the sales teams HR letters, salaries, bonus calculation, allowances and termination informing, in coordination with the HR Department. 2.Responding to queries received from the Banks or Sales Team pertaining to the Bancassurance Agency Sales Services. 3.Entering all data for the BA Sales employees on the Spider System. 4.Monitoring and updating all titles & promotions of the BA team on the Spider System. 5.Updating the monthly allocations & targets of the Sales Team on the Spider System. 6.Coordinating between the Sales Teams and the different company departments for all relevant needs. 7.Assisting the Unit Leader in wording of the policies. 8.Assisting the Unit Leader in internal updates related to the ASKS System with the IT Department. 9.Assisting the Senior Sales Services Coordinator in the quarterly and annual presentations. 10.Monitoring the training batches in the Training Academy and the relocation of the accredited ISs. 11.Tracking the training courses to the bank staff. 12.Issuing HR letters for the Sales Team in coordination with the HR Department. 13.Notifying the BA Sales about the Direct Debit files sent and received. |
| Qualifications | -Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully manage relations between various departments. -Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation. -Cooperative with good teamwork spirit. -High problem solving abilities. -Creative and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. -Presentable. -Good typing and good working knowledge of word and excel. |
