Description Receives and provides full info regarding the service to incoming calls from customers requesting the companys service Uses sales script for phone calls within target sectors, using on line applications and other sources of information. Initiates sales deals and achieves sales quota for our services Submits Sales status reports on daily basis to inbound manager Handles cancellation accounts in order to get it back Handles customer inquiries about ADSL & small service ( domain & mail & hosting ) and LinkdotNet products Handles customer and educate them to call right department Manages shift hours daily to have a great result at the end. Tries to handle escalated customer calls regarding problems, providing complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Bachelor degree Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position Good sales knowledge & phone skills Ability to work over the phone for long hours. Good Communication Skills and negotiation Skills Ability to exercise scheduling flexibility (work holidays, split days off, late evenings and weekends) Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
