• Must have +4 years experience in Automobile & Car Accessories in Arab & Gulf Countries.
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
• Brand/s Marketing.
• Managing a team of multi-cultural personnel's.
• Manage and operate our Showrooms and branches.
• Recruiting and training sales staff.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring AND motivating your team's performance to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Management Reporting.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Developing consumer/market preference for newly acquired brands.
