Team Overview
The Search Account Specialist team is responsible for supporting Search Sales teams in EMEA, owning key areas of clients’ services.
The Search Account Specialist will work in partnership with Search Account Managers and Creative Strategists to ensure world-class services to our Search Premium advertisers.
Responsibilities
Account administration duties- These would include among others:
§ Create accounts and insertion orders
§ Process accounts’ adjustments/refunds
§ Verify credit/budget for advertisers’ campaigns
Search Creative tasks - These would include among others:
§ Work with creative strategists to develop proposals, expand and optimise search marketing campaigns
§ Create new advertisers’ campaigns, analysing and converting third-party files
§ Prepare category/marketplace/landscape analysis
Reporting - This would include among others:
§ Data Analysis - monitoring data and reports to find opportunities/risks within clients’ portfolio
§ Generation of reports (ad hoc and/or scheduled), mainly around advertisers’ activity and performance
§ Assistance in preparing client-facing presentation and business review decks
§ Prepare campaigns and keywords forecasts
Escalation management
§ Reactively and proactively address clients’ issues by managing key parts of the escalation process (editorial, traffic or user interface issues)
Requirements
Marketing knowledge, preferably in the online industry
Fluency in the English language – One of the following European languages a plus: French, German, Italian or Spanish
Must have a keen eye for details
Must be able to work under their own initiative demonstrating their ability to prioritise workload and juggle multiple tasks
Able to thrive within a team dynamic
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Strong team player
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and computer proficiency (Excel and Powerpoint).
Strong analytical skills
Experience in a goal driven and fast-paced environment preferred
Availability to work on European working hours (Mon to Fri)
Experience in customer facing roles is a plus
