For expanding our sales & marketing team to increase our activities in the Egyptian market, we look for Telemarketing,
you will be responsible for:
1 - Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote our services.
2 - Explain the services to potential customers
3 - Provide pricing details
4 - Handle customer questions
5 - Obtain customer information including names and addresses
6 - Record customer details including reaction to the services offered
7 - Receive orders over the telephone
8 - Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
9 - Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
10 - Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
Essential Qualifications:
1. university graduate
2. Good English
3. perfect writing skills
4. Min. 2 year(s) Experience
5. MS office , internet applications high skills
6. strong communication skills , very good presentation
7. Good IT, Internet , Mobile knowledge and background.
Arbitration:
- Fixed salary
- Commission (various according to agreement & contract)
- Employment contract
