TITLE: VMT Reporting and UAM Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring of User Access Management (UAM) process for VMT.
Review, approve, monitor Remote Access for all Support Teams. Identify key messages from automatically generated reports
and create management reporting. Analyze and deliver operational security and UAM reports
Implement, deliver, and improve regular Service Management Reporting. Deliver KPI reports to measure effectiveness and
compliance to operational processes. Support all VMT support team members in UAM requests for access to VMT systems
LOCATION: Cairo
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Sound operational and understanding of the VMT service and experience in second level support and operations
- Excellent experience with Service Management reporting and proven ability to identify key messages in automatically generated reports
- Excellent experience with User Access Management and SOX and Security requirements for UAM
- Good experience in security audits
- Knowledge about ITIL
- Excellent English commands
