Description — Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the EK Premises — Receive, direct and relay correspondence — Provide word-processing and secretarial support — Open and date stamp all general correspondence and Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public — Maintain the general filing system, file all correspondence and an adequate inventory of office supplies — Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls and make preparations for committee meetings
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree from a recognized university • Preferred Major : Administration / Relevant Experience • 0-1 Years of Experience • Excellent Command of English Language & Microsoft Office application
