Answer customers’ calls and improve customer satisfaction over the phone.
Have a very strong verbal communication skills and able to work on shift basis.

International Customer Service Advisor UK-Qatar (CS-01)
Candidate should graduate, fluent in English with native accent .
Age from 20 to 30.
International Customer Service Advisor German (CS-02)
Candidate should be graduated and Fluent in German with native accent.
Customer Service Advisor (CS-03)
Candidate should be graduated and very good in English.
Age from 21-27.
International Customer Service Advisor Ireland (CS-04)
Candidate should be graduate, fluent in English with native accent.
Age from 18 to 30.
ADSL Technical Support (CS-Tech)
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
ADSL Requirements
• Very Good in English Language
• Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder
• ADSL Experience is a plus
