Customer Service Supervisor Urgently Needed- Egypt
• Responsible for the customer comments.
• Maintaining the reports for improvement in CS on the bases on the feedback providing by Spinneys Customers.
• Acting as the bridge between Wasla (our outsource call centre) and our stores and its departments.
• Responsible for handling the customers’ complains and inquires immediately and in a professional attitude.
• Work with all efficiency, diligence and integrity for taking Spinneys to the next level and enhancing the profits by gaining the loyalty of the customers.
• Represent Spinneys image (behavior, credibility, appearance, hygiene and ability of chandelling any kind of problems).
• Must possess strong relationship building and customer management skills, focusing on serving our customers’ needs
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and control work flow in a team environment.
• Must possess the ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, suppliers.
• Ensuring safe manner of operations (physical & vehicle) performed by customer service personnel.
• Prepare monthly reports for the progress of the action plans.
• Ensure the quality servicing of customers through monitoring key indicators
(such as number of returns, number of complaints, number of active customers,
etc.) and frequent and random contacts with customers
• Train the personnel including cross-training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Education : Four year college degree in Marketing, Business management, Hotel Management or any kind of customer service in the college may be substitute.
• Gender : Males / females
• Age : 22 – 35
• Experience : 2 years and above
Interpersonal Skills REQUIREMENTS
• The person needs to have the required ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude towards their work.
• He or she should have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with professionals at all levels and maintain them as well.
• The person should be able to plan and prioritize work properly
• He or she should be bale to prepare records and be calm under pressure.
• The other required skills are the good decision-making and very high communication skills.
