The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, providing internal trainings to ITWorx employees to increase the competency level & performance in addition to designing training programs that meet the identified individual needs as well as the strategic direction of the organization. He will also assist in administering the internal and external training logistics as well as maintaining accurate training records.
the ideal candidate should have:
- University degree , Certification in Train the Trainer is an asset
- 2-4 years work related experience
- Excellent Command of English language( verbal & written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Focused and Quality Oriented
