Fresh Graduates & Experienced Service Desk Agent 5 - international Software House.

I would like to hire (5) Service Desk Agent Junior level ( fresh to one year of experience). Need to be able to join ASAP for international Software House.

Personal skills required:

1.Communication skills
2.Ability to learn different technologies.
3.Adapt with unexpected events
4.Problem solving and analytical mind set
5.Business sense awareness
6.Team player
7.Time management.
8.Typing skills (Arabic and/ or English)
9.Good command of Arabic and English languages

Their responsibilities include (not limited to):

1.Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
2.Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
3.Resolving those incidents/service requests they are able
4.Escalating incidents/service requests that they cannot resolve within agreed timescales
5.Keeping users informed of progress
6.Closing all resolved incidents, requests and other calls
7.Conducting customer/user satisfaction callbacks/ surveys as agreed
8.Communication with users – keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
