Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public and customers.
The Spa receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facilities, advising clients to personalize treatments, sales package and scheduling appointments manually or electronically, ensure staff movements in and out of the facilities is known and recorded.
Their duties may also include light administrative and clerical accounting duties, such as opening and distributing mail, filing, data entry and the preparation of letters and documents.
Maximize revenue and cash flow by promoting Spa programs, packages and upgrades when appropriate.
Interact with Hotel staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
