Investor Relation Senior Executive is needed for a leading Co. in Egypt
Key responsibilities:
• Responds to requests for information from financial media, designate research analysts and investors
• Establishs and maintain cooperative relationships with regulatory authorities, brokerages companies and investment houses
• Participatse in planning and directing development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments and agenda
• Assists in managing expectations and keeping a close eye on the forecasts circulating in the marketplace
• Works on increasing Research Coverage through meetings with local and international Brokerage Houses.
• Issue an Annual Report for the Company each year
• Develops an IR Kit to be distributed in events, sponsorships and Analysts meetings.
• Manages the IR section on the corporate website to deliver clear, accurate, and timely information.
• Keeps corporate research analyst, financial press, and investment banking client list updated.
• Monitors stock price & create a comparative report for management to be updated with market performance.
• Provides daily/weekly transaction & shareholder reports.
4 – 5 years of experience in the same Field is A MUST.
Perfect English
Proficient Arabic & English writing skills.
Ability to contact with Egyptian Exchange (EGX), Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and Brokerage houses
