Description     —Log in to the queue and handle tickets through phones —Handle the tickets through the ticketing system —Responsible to make PR for any devices related to the PC ( scanners ,printers, ..etc. ),plus the new Hire —Support the network and plugged the cables and patches on the switches —Prepare the PCs of new hire —Make the PR of our stock every quarter ( toners ,mouse ,Ram,‡etc.) —Responsible of the PCs of the employees who had resign and update the sheet of resignation. —Responsible of every laptop in the company and to update the Inventory LAPTOP sheet —Responsible to open a maintenance ID to any device like PC, scanner , printer , laptop —Responsible to send the computer names ,their O.S and the OU to LAN Administrator —Handle the weekly report —Work on upgrade the PCs (HULK) —Adhere to the SLA between technical support team and customers

Qualifications     very Good Communication skills, MCDST Course

Experience     1 - 2 Years.
