Legal Advisor for well established organization :
Required Qualification & Skills :
1. Good Knowledge with NGO's Regulation & Procedures
2. Good Knowledge with the Egyptian Labor Law 2003
3. Extensive knowledge of law and its applications to cases
4. Advise the organization on entering the business contracts and its relevant obligations. Make them understand the repercussions of violating the laws
5. Draft the various documents such contracts, wills, property transfer or payments papers as per the client's requirements
6.Advise the client on taking legal action against the offending parties in case of violation of contracts
7. Represent the organization while formulating the rules and laws of transacting businesses
