About the Client:
Our client a leading Company (Manufacturer) of top international brands, a member of international Group operating in the Middle East Exports Mainly to European markets
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversight of the whole operation
• Implementation of procedures to meet overall manufacturing cost goals, required
• Quality levels for all products and required delivery dates.
• Develop & execute actions to meet targeted goals and policies.
• Create and implement a manufacturing planning process.
• Effective controls to manage inventory for production efficiency and delivery.
• Create annual manufacturing budgets and management of these budgets.
• Effective oversight of policies to move new product development from R&D into manufacturing.
• Effective policy implementation to minimize loss factors.
• Market, solicit and develop new customers.
• Drive change management into the organization
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Proven track record in driving manufacturing /commercial results.
• Solid Experience in management.
• Proven objective setting & achievements
