Description —Develop and improve methods for inspection, testing, and evaluations. —Create, implement & control sampling procedures —Develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality reliable data. —Create, implement , maintain & control statistical quality tools. —Establish calibration plans to evaluate precision and accuracy of measuring equipments and testing.. —Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing products —Tabulate data concerning material, product, or process quality and reliability, and verify accuracy of reports —Compile and write different company procedures —Develop training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities to build quality focused workplace —Responsible for Quality System Maintenance. —Perform root cause analysis, suggest & implement agreed upon corrective action for defective product, and minimizing the frequency of quality problems recurrence —Implement containment and corrective action to rectify customers“ problems —R
esponsible for continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 6S, lean methods, etc. —Supervising the lab activities. —Coordinate in follow up business risk analysis and the required actions as well as updating the Business continuity plan required by the corporate. —Handle on behalf of Department manager external communications with external parties after the needed approvals according to chain of command.
