Description     —Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the EKH Premises —Receive, direct and relay correspondence —Provide word-processing and secretarial support —Open and date stamp all general correspondence and Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public —Maintain the general filing system, file all correspondence and an adequate inventory of office supplies —Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls and make preparations for committee meetings

Qualifications     •Bachelor Degree from a recognized university •Preferred Major : Administration / Relevant Experience •0-1 Years of Experience •Excellent Command of English Language & Microsoft Office application
