- General University degree (Preferably in Commerce, English section)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment & Selection, with a proven track of success.
- An experience with consulting firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local employment market
- Very good spoken & business writing English skills
- Commitment and dedication
- High leadership and organization skills
