Description -Preparing purchase orders -Responding to customer and supplier inquiries -Reviewing requisition orders to verify accuracy,specifications and terminology;comparing prices,specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers -Prepare,maintain and review purchasing files,report price lists,track the status of requisitions,contracts and orders,locate suppliers -Monitor contractor performance,calculate the cost of orders,charge or forward invoices to the appropriate accounts and monitor inhouse inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping records -A procurement manager compiles requested materials and records to draw up purchase orders for the procurement of materials and services. Also generally deals with anything relating to the ordering of goods and supplies for an organization. Also determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for the needs of the company. -Create supply chain Procurement MRP -Pass requirements to purchasing department -Make SAP Procurement Call
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. -Minimum 5-8 years experience in procurement -High level of Communication & Decision-Making skills -Interpersonal & interpretation skills -Excellent English language skills
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
