A very big international IT company is looking for a ‘Treasury Administrator‘ for the company’s branch in Dubai with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Bank Account Opening/Closing & Documentation Compliance.
• Bank Facility Documentation & Compliance
• Working knowledge on Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit
• Working Knowledge on Murabha financing ( Islamic TR) – search in Bank Faisal or Baraka Bank
• Working Knowledge on Factoring of Receivables
• Working Knowledge on PDC/Invoice discounting etc.,
• Working Knowledge on Islamic Over draft – Availing & Settlement
• Profit swap and Murabaha transactions on a monthly basis.
• SAR/ USD Hedging & Options Arrangement & Documentations
• Reports on Bank charges & Facility utilization on a regular basis.
• General Insurance – Arranging various insurance products as per organization requirements.
• Experience in dealing with Multinational banks ( SCB, HSCB etc.,)
• Co-ordination with Vendors & Customers on Financials aspects and requirements.
• Good Accounting knowledge is must
Job Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in finance operations or banking
• SAP experience is a must
• Fluent English and Arabic
