Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering discipline
• Five (5) years of experience in related industries with progressive work.
• Must have excellent command of English Language, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of auditing, accounting and contracting techniques and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop in conjunction with Contracting Department, professional analyses and technical qualification of bidders.
• Develop the scope of work for various contract services
