Customer experience supervisor - Automotive agencies at KSA


URGENTLY For Automotive agencies at KSA ( Jeddah ) are looking for Customer experience supervisor
Purpose
• Manage the sum of all experiences customer (CX) will have with Universal Motors Agencies
• Maintain an efficient line of customer interaction on regular basis.
• Create awareness, discovery, attraction, interaction, purchase, use exercises.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• In charge of customer experience at national level.
• Ensuring the all the communication through UMA is weighted before broadcast.
• Implementation of CRM communication monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Monitoring of customer communication at regional showrooms.
• Ensure all customer touch points provide a similar experience every time.
• Ensure all campaigns are executed as per CRM Office.
• Ensure CX meets its targets assigned by CRM Office.
• Ensure the newly developed customer interaction channels are aligned in their experience.
• Pursuing of goals & targets allocated by the Head of CRM.
• Assistance in achievement of goals & targets allocated by the Regional CRM Managers.
• Ensure to abide by any other guideline provided by the CRM Office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree (desirable)
• Knowledge of English and Arabic (Basic)
