•Interpreting marketing send effect on sales versus competition
•Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners.
•Analyze retail audits and conclude ongoing corrective action brand wise/ region wise / outlet wise. 
Evaluate product costing, margins and price structure
•Manage and supervise new product development, from R&D through packaging, design, promotional campaign to launch 
•Prepare full product marketing plan for his product line.
•Identify full competition understanding, pricing strategies of his brands and competition. 
•Qualifications 
•4-5 years FMCG Experience is a MUST
•Masters understanding of marketing concepts, 
In depth media planning, media buying, media negotiation, agency handling, new product launches, consumer research principles
•Bsc of Business Administration in marketing/Mass communication or relevant 
•MBA in marketing is a MUST
