Job Descreption:
To meet the given sales target
- To meet with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking;
- To prepare documents such as quotations, agreements, etc.
- To present offers to clients in professional manner and according to company expectations;
- To constantly update market knowledge to ensure correct information is provided to clients;
- To possess full knowledge about the properties the organization offer to prospective clients and to answer all questions about prices, competitors, construction, maintenance fees, legal issues and related matters.
Skills
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the field of Real Estate Market
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a dynamic Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team player.
