Job Description

1. Prepare various financial statements such as invoice sheets, receipts, credit statements and expense accounts. 2. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions. 3. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. 4. Provide customer service by timely responding to questions from vendors concerning payments and queries by colleagues concerning invoices and payments. 5. Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. 6. Implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of available computer technology. 7. Collect data on direct, indirect and overhead costs of operation as they relate to the setting of rates and fees. 8. Some administrative duties as per requested

Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience
