Technical Support for Software Solutions
Qualification:
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience as a software Implementer
• Excellent knowledge on SQL Server 2005, 2008 is a must

• Define and document client requirements
• Draft and agree project plans
• Manage and provide professional services for implementation of the software as required during the entire project lifecycle, from scoping the client's requirements, through to rolling out the solution to end users and providing post-implementation support
• Provide training for users of the software and develop training materials
