Job Description:

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Tasks: Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Provide personal assistance tasks to the company president. read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including calls and email file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

Act as the Administrator of sales meetings, i.e. Initiate & make outbound new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers, schedule sales meetings, following up customers, web research, prepare agenda, draft minutes, follow-up on matters arising, co-ordinate activities emanating from the meeting where possible; provide administrative assistance to sales representatives when required; switch board, diary management, report compilation and distribution, maintaining customer records, typing, controlling of office stationary, arranging functions, and general office administrative functions. Processing of credit. etc. Present daily reports and other related performance feedback & review monthly hit rate and status report.

14. The candidate should have minimum of Bachelor degree, with strong English language. "Candidates with telesales or telemarketing experiences or diploma in sales or marketing will have an advantage”.
15. Candidates nearest to 6 October city should be preferred.
