Description The Customer Service Representative uses effective communications and selling skills as well as use appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in a timely fashion, professionally guiding members through steps to resolve billing and sales problems and issues. The Agent is responsible to ensure that customer expectations are met and are in line with clients policies, practices and procedures.
Qualifications Flexibility to work anytime during the 24 hours. Ability to work under pressure. Willing to relocate to Alexandria.
