Duties:
-Support all company PC users, Respond and fix their IT problems.
-Analyzing, solving, troubleshooting software, hardware, network problems.
-Performing regular backups.
-Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective component.
-Install, configure, maintain and operate MS Server/ ISA Server.
-Install, operate and upgrade operating systems and Antivirus.
-Maintain user accounts, e-mail systems, mobile mails for users, Internet access.
Required qualification:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
-Extensive Knowledge and hands on experience in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy configuration, Active Directory, Microsoft ISA Server is a must.
-Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance, Network Performance Tuning.
-Excellent Computer Skills - MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet.
-Hard worker, Team worker, with ability to work under pressure and meet with deadlines.
-Organized and Flexible To Handle Several Tasks
-Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (speaking, reading, writing)
-Excellent Communication Skills
