client is a leading Group-Buying company and website in Cairo, Egypt
seeking to hire Customer Service Agents with the below criteria:
- University Graduates (fresh graduates or people with similar experience of 1-2 years)
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages is a must (speaking, reading, writing)
- Military service performed or exempted for male candidates.
- Customer service oriented and effective communication, - -presentation and negotiation skills are required.
