Our client are a leading construction group requires the below staff for KSA



A- Recruitment Supervisor

· Diploma in Human Resource Mgt.

· 5 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role with a reputable organization.

· Experience in Construction sector preferably in GCC.

· Use of advance software (SAP, Oracle - Strong leadership, team player - Sound knowledge of markets & vendors)



Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning: Interface with Project / Department Heads to determine the short- and long-term staffing needs of each Project / Department.



• Coordinate with the Projects/Departments to get their mobilization & Demobilization plan.

• Develop and maintain a manpower plan in consultation with Head of Recruitment to reflect forecasted requirements of business on monthly basis.



• Sourcing: Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, contracted job sites, media, overseas recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.



• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.



• Arrange for the Interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.



• Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.



• Ensure all necessary approvals are gained prior to commencement of recruitment and offer.



• Team: Coordination with the team members to meet the recruitment needs of business.



• Build relationships, manage, monitor and review performance of preferred vendors. Monitor, control and ensure the completion of government formalities such as Employment Visa / Release transfer / Medical etc.



• Ensure all the records of new hires and mobilized & demobilized employees are updated in ORACLE system.

B - HR Specialist



1- Bachelor's degree or Master in business administration or Human Resources from a reputable university.

2-Experience in Construction sector preferably in GCC.

3- (5 - 10) years of experience in the Human Resource Management.

4- Outstanding English Language Skills - Good Policies, Procedures & Work Methods Knowledge Skills -

Proficient Costing & Budgeting Skills.



Responsibilities

• Performance Management: To develop and responsible for the implementation of Performance Management Strategies, Policies and Procedures to ensure employees are appropriately motivated and appropriately recognized and rewarded for the contribution they make to the business.

• Develops and implements the performance management system/s to ensure all individuals in the business know what their accountabilities are and how they are performing so that overall business performance can be optimized.

• Establishes metrics and performance parameters to facilitate the assessment and measurement of performance

• Advises line manager of the principles and objectives of performance appraisal system and ensures annual performance appraisal process takes place within set deadlines

• Captures performance appraisal recommendations, analyzes appraisal results and conveys reports to Training and Development, and other HR functions

• Budget: Prepares and recommends the Performance Management Department budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment

• People Management: Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, providing of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.

• Initiates, maintains and processes a wide variety of routine HR forms, records and transactions.
