Urgently needed Technical Support for Software Solutions This position will be based in our location in Cairo/Nasr City
We are CompuMedical a leading medical IT solutions company currently having big customers worldwide and we are a global leader in providing solutions for web and desktop applications. The company has partnerships with other leading companies in the world.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience
Gender: Male
Excellent knowledge on SQL Server 2005, 2008 is a Must
Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Project is a Must
Excellent command of English language is a Must
Ability to travel in and outside Egypt
Ability to work in Day offs
Job Description:
Setup the software at client sites
Ensuring system Installation and implementation
Train users and support them to resolve their problems
Flowing up the System
Support users after sales
Maintenance and support of finished project
Identifying and recognizing existing problems
Works with client and sales teams to define scope of project for client
Delivering the customer requirement or gap analysis feed back to his manager
Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
Documented business requirement
Maintain and enhance the company’s image by acting professionally all the time
Prepare monthly report for customer statues
Deliverable as well as final implementation output (final sign off) including all required documents.
