— Greet visitors, answers phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them — Maintains filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails — Develops and maintains a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement — Ensures that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy — Organizes meeting rooms bookings based on priority of reservation and importance of events — Provides general clerical and typing assistance for the executive office — Issues to all company an updated internal contact list — May serve as a back-up for the CEO executive assistant — Coordinates with IT department to ensure all problems that may occur to the main faxing and photocopying machines are immediately solved 
 Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferable English section  Very Good in English  Proficiency in MS Office, Internet search  Highly organized & focus to details
