Description | 1. Insuring the quality of Trade logistics, analyzing quality programs execution through health check field tracking reports and instructing frontline staff. 2. Handling day to day communication and follow up with suppliers & agency to insure that the quality of tools & materials delivered from suppliers meet company standards & requirements. 3. Controlling the spending of all Trade Marketing activities “Loyalty programs, Modern Trade & Key Accounts activities ...etc” budget to maintain proper utilization of allocated budget and issuing relevant reports comparing actual spending with allocated budget. 4. Maintaining proper communication with Distribution Centers & frontline staff to communicate push tactics & major pull activities or events elaborating the role of front line staff in each event. 5. Supervising the field execution of Marketing-sales tactics. 6. Managing the delivery and utilization of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) & merchandising tools in each trade channel. 7. Following up the execution and logistics of Modern Trade & Key Accounts activities to insure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems. 8. Orienting and instructing internal and external merchandisers to maintain company merchandising standards. 9. Collecting market data & competitive information from Distribution Centers for competitive report. |
