Will report to the CEO and should have the following capabilities: Type and word-process various documents and electronic information (English and Arabic)and create and maintain an efficient filing system – Create suitable management tools and reports using spreadsheets - Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications - Research, investigate, communicate, and provide information by relevant methods to assist and enable decision making process – Create and maintain an efficient follow up system and reporting for the crucial operations - Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures - Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities - Approve decisions, requests, expenditure and recommendations on behalf of senior people in their absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies - Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Similar experience, fluent in English language, full command on computer skills, University degree (Commerce/English, Arts/English,Alsun)
