Description | • Responsible for all secretarial and administrative work including filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes • Translate the documents from Arabic to English and vice versa • Assist in maintaining contact and communications with individuals, groups and associations and assists in coordinating communications with other offices • Responsible for handling traveling arrangements and Hotels of General Manager and staff • Handle all the telephone calls, correspondence, appointments for General Manager and staff • Responsible for handling visitors, • Responsible for filing and taking notes |
Qualifications | • BA in any related field • Ability to solve problems • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions • Type at a corrected speed of 60 words per minute • Excellent knowledge and use of computer and multiple programs, i.e. Word, Access, Outlook email, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Arabic is a must. • Self motivated, results oriented, team player, accurate and pays attention to details. |
