Description | Customer service representative is responsible for ensuring that stores receive an adequate level of service. Work activities: 1-Follow up season shipments according to the planed order phasing.2-Update the brand manager with any closeout offers. 3-Fill seasonal articles details on retail PRO system. 4-Preorders are done according to planed schedule.5-Stores requisitions in a Periodical manner.6-Retail and cost prices are filled.7-Insert seasonal pictures on retail PRO. 8-Bar-coding all styles on retail .PRO 9-Interacting with store managers to provide information in response to inquiries about products details. 10-Handling stores complaints. 11-Communicate with stores managers through a variety of means either by telephone or emails or fax 12-Attempting to resolve the problem according to guidelines established by brand management.13-Any other assignments by the senior management. |
Qualifications | 1-Fresh Graduate. 2-Male / Female. 3-Preferably from Maadi residents or closer areas. 4-Good knowledge of Excel. (MS Office). 5-Good English Language. 6-Presentable. |
