Description | • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing products and customer requirements. • Defining the product vision and working closely with sales, marketing and technical operations to assure revenues and customer satisfaction goals are met. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and clients activities. • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team. • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. • Increase the company’s involvement with existing client. • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports. • Develop and manage client communication tools such as the corporate website. |
