Description | • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible. • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors. • Support the Executive Director and other staff. • Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, taking meeting minutes. • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. |
Qualifications | 1. Bachelor degree in any discipline. 2. 1-3years of experience as receptionist or admin assistant. 3. Excellent command of spoken & written English. 4. Excellent user of MS office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook) |
