Description | 1.Supervise a group of sales representatives to ensure adequate market coverage, productivity and quality customer services 2.Maximizes sales and profitability, and achieves quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established and agreed with the product Sales Manager 3.Coordinates with the product Sales Manager for preparing the commercial approach with clients (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.) 4.Nurtures the company’s relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility 5.Assists dealers in their development [technical know-how, level of sophistication, product display in their showrooms, geographical expansion (where applicable and feasible), etc.] to reinforce the spirit of partnership 6.Monitors dealers’ performance in terms of growth, share of wallet, collection track record, and abidance by GB Auto standards 7.Establishes and develops relations with new customers 8.Ensures product orders placed by customers are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provides order status updates to customers 9.Supervises and follows up on the resolution of customer complaints 10.Supervises the collection of due receivables from customers, and as needed, resolves any issues in the collection process (delays in collection, checks that are rejected by banks, etc.) |
