| Description | 1- Elaborates & interprets daily production reports regarding output and quality as compared to standards, and reviews non-compliance areas with employees to determine causes of variances from standard. 2- Responsible for Breakdown reporting and analysis. 3- Accountable to provide sufficient and correct data for the successful execution of Job changes. 4- Prepares, collects and manages all data for new products development. 5- Manages & safely stores all relevant production data. 6- Prepare and coordinate operational information and data for plant management. 7- Accumulates technical data and other background information, to determine equipment performance specifications and establish baselines. 8- Interpret and extrapolate accumulated data to prepare diagrams and flow charts for the efficient operation of the equipment. 9- Design and/or development of new process systems and/or revision of existing processes. 10- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions. |
| Qualifications | 1- Engineering degree, preferable in Statistical process control. 2- Capable of dealing with ambiguity and frustration. 3- Planning & organizational skills. 4- Strong commitment to the companys goals. 5- Committed with highest standards of personal integrity. 6- Team player. |
