Twitter is growing quickly and we need your help! As an Engineering Sourcer at Twitter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening world class engineers; participating in/conducting interviews, and more.
Responsibilities
- Work with Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Review incoming applications/resumes
- Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database
- Interview and screen potential candidates
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in recruiting/sourcing required
- Experience sourcing software engineers and operations engineers a plus
- Team player, highly collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Active Twitter user
