| Description | -Provide general administrative support within the Procurement department. -Obtain quotes from vendors and evaluate results. -Obtain information about new products, market conditions and current prices. -Keep & maintain up-to-date suppliers register. -Assist in following up the delivery time of the purchased items and ensure that all delivered items are received as required. -Assist in the purchasing process as required. -Support and assist in keeping Customs documents/records of Company shipments, follow up necessary approvals and related data base entries. -Carry out any internal or external tasks as required by his supervisor and/or line manager. | 
| Qualifications | -University degree: Commercial, Accounting or similar -At least 2 years experience, preferably in Procurement & Customs of an international Exploration and/or Production company. |
