Description | • Collaborating with the UPM in planning annual budgets and sales targets for the Sales team. • Closely managing and monitoring the performance and progress in sales targets achievement, the quality of the portfolios and the persistence of policies. • Monitoring clients’ satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in developing sales opportunities. • Conducting sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to coach the Sales team on effective sales and client management. 6- Exploring and developing business opportunities to achieve targets. • Ensuring the Sales team members have proper licenses. • Recruiting the needed calibers to achieve the set targets, in coordination with the PRT Department. • Assessing the training needs of subordinates and coordinating with the training department to provide the needed trainings and other performance development initiatives. • Conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback. • Keeping up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities. • Presenting periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Unit’s activity and results as needed |
