| Description | 1-Implements preventive maintenance plan for both production and utilities areas with the maintenance team. 2-Carries out machine error diagnosis and troubleshooting according to the machine’s O&M manuals. 3-Leads the maintenance team through implementing engineering new projects. 4-Plans for spare parts resourcing and works with purchasing to put a yearly estimate for maintenance needs in terms of spare parts. 5-Updates maintenance records to optimize maintenance performance. 6-Maintains engineering KPIs targets. 7-Follows up the tasks carried out by external subcontractor and submits reports after execution. 8-Follows up on calibration/validation planning and execution. 9-Responsible for maintenance records and calibration certificates review and filling. 10-Sustains the site’s civil works (If needed). 11-Uses SAP to finalize maintenance work orders and to create spare parts PRs. 12-Takes a second shift on rota basis with the maintenance team. |
