Job Description
I am seeking to appeal to the original court and 9th circuit regarding a previous appeal that was denied but, where the facts relied upon by the original jury are now gutted due to a recent Supreme Court ruling that forbids foreign entities from being sued for securities violations.I have previously appealed myself and have copies of all relevant documents.
